Jennifer L. Knapp Conroy – President
Jennifer has been in the insurance industry since 1983. She holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. She works diligently with all aspects of insurance every day, but specializes in farms, commercial risks, life products, individual and group health. Jennifer works from the La Rue office on Thursdays and you can find her any time after hours as the office is in her residence. You can usually find Jennifer in the Richwood location, but she is often on the road inspecting new and existing properties insured by the agency. Larry J. Knapp – Vice President
Larry is completely retired.
Suzy Townsend – Personal Lines Manager/Claims Manager
Suzy has been with the corporation since 1996. She is a licensed agent in the Richwood office and handles claims from start to finish. She writes all personal lines insurance. You can contact her for a quote on auto, home, mobile home and recreational vehicle insurance. Suzy and her family have been an extension of the Knapp family for many years. Summer Kirby- CSR/Agent
Summer is also located in our Richwood office. She normally handles all incoming calls. Any billing questions are handled through her as well as routine policy changes. Summer is a licensed insurance agent and has been with our corporation for many years. Most recently Summer is taking on commercial, life and health risk quoting to complement the personal lines quoting she has done for years. She also has a background in banking, giving her a well rounded education in the realm of the insurance world. She is a graduate of North Union schools and the corporation is very proud to have her!
